And I agree with you. It can be an inspiration for lolita, but if you see someone dress up like that irl, lolita is not the first thing comes to mind.

Seems to me that it would be hard to conclude if this is lolita or not when we only see the top half of the look … that said, does it matter if it’s lolita or not?
